Please read these terms and conditions carefully before creating an account or using any service on the kp444 platform — they form a binding agreement between you and us.
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply between kp444 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). By using the kp444 website, mobile version, or any related service, you are considered to have accepted all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If changes are made, the updated date will be noted above. For significant changes, we will send a notification to your registered email. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the new terms.
Eligibility & Age Requirements
To register at kp444 or use any service, the following eligibility requirements must be met.
Age & Residency Eligibility
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal.
- Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- You must register using your own name and accurate information — using a third party's identity is not acceptable.
- kp444 may request documents for age and identity verification at any time.
Account Registration & Management
To maintain a valid account at kp444, members must fulfil the following responsibilities.
Registration Process
You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account closure at any time.
- An active email address and a Bangladeshi mobile number are required for registration.
- Your account password must be kept strictly confidential — it must not be shared with anyone.
- Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
- If your registered details change, you must update your account profile accordingly.
Identity Verification (KYC)
kp444 may request identity verification at any time in the interest of fraud prevention and secure transactions. Any of the following documents may be requested as part of this process:
- Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport.
- Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
- Details of the registered payment account.
If verification is not completed within the specified time, withdrawals may be placed on hold.
Deposits & Withdrawals
The following rules apply to all financial transactions on kp444. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank).
- When making a deposit, you must use a payment method registered in the same name as your account.
- Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.
- Once a deposit is successfully processed, it is added to your account balance immediately.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours (depending on method and verification).
- Withdrawals will always be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be on hold if verification is pending or if there are concerns about an account.
- Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
All bonuses and promotions at kp444 are offered under specific terms. By accepting a bonus, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these terms.
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
- Example 2: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳47,000.
- To receive the bonus, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳200.
- The welcome bonus can only be received once — only one welcome bonus applies per account.
Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
- Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- Bets on certain games may contribute differently to wagering calculations — details will be stated on the promotions page.
- If an account is closed before wagering is completed, the bonus will be forfeited.
- No part of a bonus is transferable as cash.
Other Promotions
kp444 regularly provides various promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. In general:
- Multiple promotional offers cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
- kp444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be reviewed and the bonus may be cancelled.
Gameplay & Fair Play Policy
kp444 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. All games operate using SSL encryption and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
Gaming Rules
- Each game has its own applicable rules, which are clearly displayed in the game interface.
- If a game result is uncertain due to a technical error, the bets for the relevant round will be cancelled and refunded.
- If the internet connection is lost, the session will be automatically saved; upon reconnecting, you can continue from the same point.
- kp444 is not liable for losses caused by technical issues in provider software.
Live Games & Sports Betting
Fair play policy applies equally across all sections, including live casino, sportsbook, and fishing games. For sports betting:
- Bets placed before a match starts or during in-play are settled based on the outcome of the event.
- If an event is cancelled or only partially completed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
- kp444's decision is final in all betting market matters.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.
Account-Related Prohibitions
- Creating multiple accounts for the same person.
- Registering using false or a third party's identity.
- Transferring or selling an account to another person.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs for an advantage.
Betting & Payment Prohibitions
- Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
- Conducting transactions using a third party's payment account.
- Coordinated betting with other accounts to circumvent bonus terms (Bonus Abuse).
- Any form of chargeback or payment fraud.
Technical Prohibitions
- Using automated bots or software to play games.
- Unauthorised scraping or copying of any part of the website.
- Attempting to breach the site's security systems.
- Using a VPN or proxy to access the platform from a restricted region.

Balance After Closure
If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance will be determined according to the applicable conditions. Bonus balance will always be forfeited. If you have a dispute about any matter, please contact our support team.
Limitation of Liability
kp444 is committed to providing uninterrupted service through every reasonable effort. However, our liability is limited in the following areas.
Matters Outside Our Liability
- Losses caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
- Technical errors in software provided by third-party game providers.
- Uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure) — such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.
- Losses resulting from theft of a user's account credentials or unauthorized access.
- Any financial loss from gaming — gaming is itself a high-risk activity.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, please first try to resolve it through our support team. kp444's decision will be considered final on all gaming and betting matters. For any legal dispute regarding this agreement, the laws of the relevant jurisdiction will apply.
